Welcome to the Town of Wawayanda Zoning Board of Appeals. This office reviews all request for waivers of the Town Zoning Ordinance.  The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of two meetings. The first meeting is an informal process, and the second is the Public Hearing. Up to 62 days may be taken to grant a decision after the Public Hearing.

Zoning Board Meetings

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Thursday of the month unless otherwise specified on the meeting schedule list. Meetings start at 7:00 P.M. in the main meeting hall at the Town of Wawayanda Town Hall, 80 Ridgebury Hill Road, Slate Hill, N.Y. 10973

Minutes are available online once they have been approved by the board. You can view them in the Zoning Board Document Center.
