Code Enforcement Office

PERMIT REVIEW TIME IS CURRENTLY 2 WEEKS.  Please plan accordingly. 
No construction inspections will be performed until a permit has been issued.

The Code Enforcement Office is responsible for enforcing the following Codes:

Building permits are required for (but not limited to):

  • Any New Electrical, Plumbing or Structural Work
  • Accessory Storage Structures over 144 sq ft
  • Pools/Hot Tubs
  • Any Size Decks/Porches
  • Oil Tank Removal/Replacement/ Abandonment
  • Solar Panels/Wind Energy Conversion
  • Natural Gas Conversion
  • Signs
  • Demolition
  • Renovations/ Alterations/ Conversions
  • Solid Fuel Appliances
