Code Enforcement Office

PERMIT REVIEW TIME IS CURRENTLY 2 WEEKS.  Please plan accordingly. 
No construction inspections will be performed until a permit has been issued. 

 

NO INSPECTIONS AVAILABLE ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS:

Tuesday, November 5th  Offices Closed for Election Day

Monday, November 11th  Offices Closed for Veterans Day

Tuesday, November 12th – Friday, November 15th  Offices Closed for Code Enforcement Training.

  • Any New Electrical, Plumbing or Structural Work
  • Accessory Storage Structures over 144 sq ft
  • Pools/Hot Tubs
  • Any Size Decks/Porches
  • Oil Tank Removal/Replacement/ Abandonment
  • Solar Panels/Wind Energy Conversion
  • Natural Gas Conversion
  • Signs
  • Demolition
  • Renovations/ Alterations/ Conversions
  • Solid Fuel Appliances
