Welcome to the Town of Wawayanda Planning Board. This office reviews all requests for Subdivisions, Site Plan and Special Use Permits. Planning Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday, and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in the main meeting room.

Twelve (12) copies of the cover letter, maps, COMPLETED EAF and all other documents must be hand delivered to the Town Hall, 80 Ridgebury Hill Road between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If mailed, send to 80 Ridgebury Hill Road Slate Hill, New York 10973. ALL MAPS MUST BE FOLDED. Making sure they are received Fourteen (14) working days prior to the meeting date. Email a PDF of the plan (map), completed EAF, and completed application to [email protected] with a cover letter explaining the project.
