(O&R) has expanded income-eligibility discounts on gas and electric bills to more customers throughout its service territory. Previously, customers had to be enrolled in government assistance programs to qualify for assistance. Under the expanded EAP, households with incomes under the state median income and not enrolled in government assistance programs can now also qualify for assistance. Many Orange County residents especially new homeowners go to the County Clerk's Office looking for the metes and bounds of their property. Until now, they could only provide tax maps and subdivision maps. Filing your survey map will provide you with the convenience of always knowing where it is when you need it. Phone: 845-291-2690 Residents of New York will need a REAL ID or Enhanced ID to board an airplane starting May 7, 2025 New York residents will need an enhanced driver’s license or a REAL ID compatible driver’s license by May 7, 2025, if they want to use it to get on a domestic flight, enter certain federal buildings, or enter military bases. With that in mind, it is highly recommended that New Yorkers who plan to travel upgrade from a standard driver’s license to a REAL ID or enhanced license. Get it sooner, rather than later. A New York’s REAL ID driver’s license has a star in the upper right corner to indicate that it meets federal regulations that establish minimum security standards. The enhanced driver’s license has a U.S. flag on the bottom right of the license.
