With that in mind, it is highly recommended that New Yorkers who plan to travel upgrade from a standard driver’s license to a REAL ID or enhanced license. Get it sooner, rather than later. A New York’s REAL ID driver’s license has a star in the upper right corner to indicate that it meets federal regulations that establish minimum security standards. The enhanced driver’s license has a U.S. flag on the bottom right of the license. Notice of Special Meeting The Town Board will be holding a Special Meeting for all Town Water District's on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the Senior Center, 1906 Route 284, Slate Hill, NY 10973. The reason for the meeting is to discuss possible consolidation of all districts. All residents within these districts are encouraged to attend.
